We’re looking for a confident and capable communicator to join our Floreat dental centre as an Oral Health Therapist. You’ll be supported by a senior Dentist who is not only highly experienced but also a fantastic mentor—making this a great opportunity for new graduates as well.
We’re ideally seeking availability on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays (two of these preferred), with the option to add every second Sunday if you’re open to it. As demand continues to grow—especially on weekends—there may be opportunity to increase your days over time.

You’ll work closely with our Dentists to provide quality care, with full clinical freedom to offer prevention, education, and treatment based on your qualifications and registration. If you're looking for a role with less admin and more focus on your clinical skills and patient connection, this is the ideal opportunity.
What we’re looking for
You’re enthusiastic, caring, and motivated to help others maintain great oral health. You value high standards in infection control and patient experience and are confident working independently.
To be successful, you’ll bring :
AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist
Minimum 2 years’ experience ideal (however, new grads encouraged to apply)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients
