About the role - 12 month Contract

Reporting to the PMO Lead, the Project and Resource Coordinator will support the People Planning team (Technology PMO) by assisting with vendor recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and timesheet processing. Key responsibilities include :

  • Managing and actioning emails in PMO group mailboxes
  • Preparing reports, data tables, spreadsheets, presentation materials, and meeting agendas to support the People Planning Lead and PMO Assurance Lead
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for Technology resources, including handling related inquiries
  • Conducting inductions for new starters and coordinating first-day activities with their leaders
  • Managing contract renewals and processing extensions or conversions via Fieldglass, including communicating updates

Ideal Candidate :

You should have experience working in fast-paced environments, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Additional qualifications include :

  • Experience in staffing, human resources, or recruiting (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in business and project software such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, suitable for conducting inductions and presenting at meetings
  • Experience with SAP tools like S4 HANA and FieldGlass
  • Understanding of program and project delivery (desirable but not mandatory)
