The role We're looking for a marketing professional with brand management experience in FMCG to join our Marketing Team working on one of our Pet Care brands.

Reporting to the General Manager Marketing , this role will allow you to be challenged and creative while contributing to our brand strategy and delivery of brand targets. You'll work across the brand portfolio with a range of responsibilities including :

Developing and implementing brand strategies aligned with our business goalsLeading brand campaigns from NPD to execution across all channelsConducting market research and competitor analysis to direct brand positioning and advise on consumer insightsCollaborating with cross-functional teams including research and technology, sales and supply chainMonitoring brand performance metrics and KPIsManaging external agencies to deliver high-quality brand assets.You To be the successful applicant you will need a degree in Marketing or related discipline, with brand mangement experience within FMCG. You will be able to demonstrate a mix of strategic capability, analysis, creative talent and high level of execution. Understanding of the Australian pet care category is an advantage.

We work in a hybrid work arrangement, working at least 2 days per week in the Mentone head office. One of your office days will be Tuesday when we are all in the office. Therefore it is a role requirement that you are able to attend the office.
