This opportunity will sit with the Senior Leadership team, and you will be responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives and driving a people first culture. You will be able to bring your expertise and flair to review current processes and procedures and implement initiatives to support the strategic direction of the business supporting continuous growth.

You will be equipped to manage change and be an expert in reviewing existing processes to offer improvements. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in a high performance and employee-oriented culture.
You will be happy to work in a standalone role with the support of an APAC team and be autonomous in your working style.
