Robert Half have partnered with an industry leader who are experiencing successful growth creating the need for a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This opportunity will sit with the Senior Leadership team, and you will be responsible for implementing strategic HR initiatives and driving a people first culture. This is a rare opportunity to work autonomously and really make an impact.

You will be able to bring your expertise and flair to review current processes and procedures and implement initiatives to support the strategic direction of the business supporting continuous growth.

To be successful in this role you will be passionate about driving change and continuous improvement and have a proven track record of change management. You are a visionary, strategic thinker who isn't afraid of the challenges of a newly created role - in fact you are excited about it. You will be equipped to manage change and be an expert in reviewing existing processes to offer improvements. You will be passionate about resolving matters promptly and satisfactorily and building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in a high performance and employee-oriented culture.

You will be happy to work in a standalone role with the support of an APAC team and be autonomous in your working style.
