About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Mission Engineering Analyst to support business analysis and requirements engineering efforts within the Mission Engineering team. Reporting to the Senior Mission Engineering Manager, this role focuses on capturing stakeholder needs, defining system requirements, and supporting traceability across complex Defence projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in systems thinking and mission-focused capability development.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to projects or national significance including defence, critical infrastructure and national resilience, in a new and exciting area of practice, leveraging state-of-the-art engineering practices and technologies.
