About the Role :
The Recruitment Officer reports to the Director, People & Culture, and plays a key role in supporting managers across various human resource functions. The Recruitment Officer provides timely, high-quality HR advice, consultancy, and administrative support within the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN). The primary focus is on supporting recruitment and selection processes, assisting HR Consultants with moderately complex advisory matters, and contributing to HR projects within broadly defined guidelines. Building strong relationships across the organization, the Recruitment Officer helps ensure effective workforce support, promotes best practices, and refers complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
