You will ensure requests are processed correctly and respond to customers enquiries promptly and contribute to the overall achievements of Complex Plumbing Applications KPI's.
ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate advice and servicing information to a range of both internal and external customers.Answer inbound requests from customers (received via telephone or electronically) in a timely manner ensuring overall customer satisfaction, update and maintain customer files.Assist in the achievement of the business and teams' daily targets.Promote and adhere to GWW's Customer Service standards, principles, and policies.Provide input to continuously improve department business processes, specialised tools, and procedures designed to address the customer's needs and deliver exceptional customer service.Skills & ExperienceExperienced in a similar technical role or a position providing technical advice combined with a customer-centric mindset.Experience, knowledge, and understanding of water supply and sewerage networks.Basic knowledge of AS3500, MRWA Standards and metering guidelines is desirable.An awareness of the relevant legislation, and regulations used for the provision of hydraulic services associated with connecting customers.Exposure to working in a structured environment, following, and understanding set policies, procedures & practices.Great communication skills both written and verbal, with a confident ability in conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem solving.Highly developed people skills to work effectively with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.Ability to achieve timely and accurate outputs.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and OutlookSee yourself thrive!Our vision for GWW is Thriving People and Country.
