Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties :

• Confidently navigate multiple platforms available to source information required to solve queries.
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders to solve queries within agreed turnaround times.
• Support operations team with overflow of payout queries
• Work to KPI's, SLA's and QA metrics daily

To be successful with this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities :

• 12-18 months experience working within a client service capacity in the asset finance sector is advantageous OR
• 12-18 months experience working in a professional services, client service capacity.
• Degree qualified in business, commerce, economics etc is advantageous
• Experience working directly with third party customers is advantageous
• Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to use your fact finding skills to solve problems in a high volume environment
