About the Role Manage and grow your own client base Handle all aspects of conveyancing from start to finish (Conveyancer A-Z) Attend business development meetings Maintain your own invoicing, with fees collected on settlement Work under the firm's trust accounting and sign-off each settlement Established conveyancer with a proven track record Existing network of real estate agents, bankers, and finance brokers referring work Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision Contractor role with a retainer similar to the current conveyancer ($5400 monthly to the firm, plus a set fee per settlement) Based in Brisbane Desirable Willingness to train and supervise other staff Interest in business development and strategic planning Not Negotiable Full responsibility for the conveyancing process from start to finish Handling own invoicing, with payment collected on settlement Monthly payment structure No joint ventures; work under the firm's name Trust accounting managed by the firm, with each settlement signed off by the firm The Benefits & Culture People enjoy working with this firm because they value independence and support professional growth.
