Job descriptionArranging social activities and community access Providing assistance to clients with their daily living tasks Personal care including showering dressing grooming toileting and assistance with personal hygiene Domestic assistance community access and social support Providing companionship friendship and emotional support Documenting services provided incidents and completing reports as required Has a valid Police Check (Essential) Current First Aid Certificate (Essential) Current NDIS Worker Check (Essential) Current Drivers License and vehicle to operate (Desirable) Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable) Willing to travel to Green Valley
