Business Development Manager

Job descriptionDevelop deep expertise in key market sectors and establish strong client relationships Identify new business opportunities and manage an active sales pipeline in our HubSpot CRM system Attend industry events and meetings to build client rapport and position Green by Nature favorably Collaborate across the business to align service offerings with market needs Support excellence in bid development, tenders, timelines, and pricing accuracy Champion safety, sustainability, and ethical practices in all business activity Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or a related discipline—or significant relevant experience Proven track record in business development, strategic sales, or contract acquisition in B2B services Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office A passion for sustainability and making a real impact Competitive salary Uniform and all personal protective safety gear provided Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish Opportunity to showcase your skills in a collaborative team environment Access to our Employee Assistance Program providing free mental health support A clear career path with growth opportunities Work with the best knowledge and resources available in the industry Ongoing safety training programs and resources available
Business Development Manager
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager at Green by Nature, you will lead the creation of business opportunities that generate new revenue through strategic business development initiatives. This is a role focused on :
- Identifying and securing new long-term contracts across market sectors
- Developing proposals and potential client engagement strategies
- Managing a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Becoming a recognized industry expert in targeted verticals
You’ll work closely with our Operational teams, Senior Leaders, and Bid Services team to align growth strategy with capability—and ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
