• Have great communication skills
• Possess excellent customer service skills to provide excellent service to our clients
• Dominate at multitasking which is must with a diverse range of tasks in the role
• Be a team player
• Able to handle a busy clinic, high volume of clients and phone calls coming through the door and move at a fast pace!?
• Roles include : answering the phones, supporting the team with additional admin tasks, looking after the appointment diary and ensuring our clinic is beautifully presented at all times.

The position has flexible hours between 15-20 a week including a mix of morning and evening shifts. Perfect for someone who wants variety in their week or who may be studying and needs hours to fit around this.
