Do you thrive in a fast-paced, friendly environment where quality and customer satisfaction are priorities?Mercure Newcastle is seeking a Full Time Breakfast Chef to join our small kitchen team.As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of breakfast dishes, from traditional hot breakfasts to healthier and continental options.

You will manage the breakfast section efficiently, ensuring timely preparation, perfect cooking, and attractive presentation.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to : Prepare, cook, and serve food for the breakfast buffet, showcasing variety and flairEnsure strict stock rotation and minimal wastage following stock control proceduresMaintain cleanliness and tidiness in all working areas.

Wash all dishes during service as requiredAssist with in-house functions, restaurant, and cafe food as neededEnsure all equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned.
