Who you are : 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels like paid search, display, and social mediaProven track record in developing data-driven strategies, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results (ROI & KPIs)Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, META Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising toolsSkilled in lead generation strategies and executing full-cycle campaigns to attract and engage potential customersProficient in analysing paid advertising reports and using data insights for decision-making and campaign optimisationWhat you'll be doing : Campaign Development and Execution :

Create and implement paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goalsPerformance Monitoring and Optimisation :

Monitor campaign performance, conduct A / B testing on ads and landing pages, and apply optimisation strategies to improve results and meet KPIsWrite consistently high-performing ad copy and optimise assets to meet local benchmark KPIsConduct keyword research and define target audience segments to enhance ad targeting and engagementConduct competitor analysis to protect share metrics and identify opportunities to conquest where possibleBudget Management :

Assist with budget allocation, track daily pacing, and report findings to the Paid Media Manager for efficient resource useReview cost metric and strategically reallocate budget to maximise performanceCollaboration and Communication :

Work with the Paid Media Manager, brand teams, and content creators to align campaigns with marketing strategies, while communicating performance insights to stakeholdersMarket Research and Trend Analysis :

Stay updated on industry trends and apply insights to keep campaigns competitiveReporting and Analysis :
