Bar Team Leader - Pullman Brisbane Airport

The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, IRD's and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct, it is the first accommodation, meeting, and event space to be developed in this precinct.

This is your opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team as a Bar Team Leader on a Full-time basis at Pullman Brisbane Airport for Apron Restaurant & Bar. We are seeking a driven and motivated individual with a passion for driving and delivering superior customer service and taking ownership of bar operation. You are coming from a strong hospitality background fostered around bar and customer service.

• Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to
• Take ownership of the bar area to ensure memorable guest experiences.
• Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks.
• Maximize sales opportunities by upselling items.
• Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Cleaning and maintaining the bar area.
• Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences.
• Bar training and development of F&B attendants
• Stock control and stock ordering
• What we are looking for
• Have at least 1 years of experience as a Bartender.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Have a "can do" attitude and a friendly demeanour.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including late finishes, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong knowledge of Wines, food and beverage service and products
• Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (mandatory)
