Hose Technician

Job descriptionDuties include but not limited to Receipt of hoses at Henderson facility Take part in QA / QC activities around hose delivery and despatch Assist in hose testing at Henderson base Coordination of hose delivery to customers Formation and continuation of relationships with hose focal points within customers Technical assistance with hose requests and specification Provide condition reports on used hose assemblies both internally and for client Regular attendance and participation to safety & tool box meetings Utilise EWOCs and TOFS for hazard identification and risk mitigation Lead by example Comply with quality procedures and policies in accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Assurance Systems Active involvement in the raising of Unplanned Occurrence Report (UOR) across the organisation Review of relevant Work / Service Instructions and update when necessary Other maintenance activities as required Qualifications, experience and skills 2+ years experience in hose assembly / testing / inspection Trade qualification Cert III Mechanical Fitter (Highly regarded) MSIC BOSIET Familiarity with all types of hoses and fittings used in fluid handling gained through experience Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
