Roles and Responsibilities : Lead and mentor the L3 support team, providing technical guidance and expertise in resolving complex issues related to React, AWS, Control M, DWH, Share Point, Datapower, Websphere.Involve design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications and services using React, AWS, Control M, DWH, Share Point, Datapower, Websphere.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in React, AWS, Control M, DWH, Share Point, Datapower, Websphere-based applications, providing innovative solutions and workarounds to minimize impact on service delivery.Develop and implement best practices for incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis related to React, AWS, Control M, DWH, Share Point, Datapower, Websphere.Work closely with development and operations teams to identify and address recurring technical issues, providing feedback to improve product stability and performance.Monitor application performance, conduct deep dive analysis, and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement of React, AWS, Control M, DWH, Share Point, Datapower, Websphere-based solutions.Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on escalated issues, resolution status, and recommendations for proactive improvements.Skills Required : Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT highly regarded.Business orientation with strong IT background.3+ years' experience in development or support in banking, cards, payments, insurance or financial services environment is desirable.Experience working on ETL / DWH support.Experience in cloud services, either AWS, Azure or GCP.Exposure to agile or scrum methodologies.Experience in working in a development or support role, providing a service to internal or external customers.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.Applications are invited from candidates who hold full working rights in Australia.
