Job descriptionMake a difference as a Disability Support Worker! Flexible hours, impactful work, and a supportive team environment. What You'll Do Work as part of a wider team supporting our clients to reach their goals Attend meetings and client specific training sessions as required Provide personal, physical, emotional and social support using a person-centred approach. Support daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medications and personal errands. Assist with domestic activities such as cleaning, laundry and household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment. Encourage meaningful engagement by facilitating participation in social / recreational activities, community access and building healthy relationships. Support effective communication and decision-making to promote independence and wellbeing. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable members of our community Availability for regular shifts for an ongoing roster Must have a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and relevant checks.
