Job description

This role will require an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as they work to promote brand awareness and repeat business with both internal and external customers. Having a passion for the automotive industry and prestige vehicles will be a plus as you will be surrounded by luxurious cars while you work through a Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreter).

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
  • Process customer enquiries and complaints promptly
  • Identify parts and components of various vehicles
  • Stock control and storage management processes
  • Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face

  • A passion for automotive and the desire to become a highly skilled and professional Parts Interpreter
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE with the opportunity for interstate training opportunities
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
  • Great team mentality with the desire to help others out
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Professional presentation at all times
  • Honesty and integrity in your work
  • Current Provisional Drivers License is essential
