We're partnering with our client to recruit a General Manager – People Operations to lead and manage all aspects of a thriving and multifaceted community-focused club.The Client : Our client is a highly regarded community-based organisation delivering essential safety, sporting, and educational services across the region.

Lead a multidisciplinary team including admin, education, rescue, and sports staff Identify training needs and provide development opportunities.
