Your New Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prospect store as the Assistant Manager. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, identify opportunities for efficiency, manage staff rosters, and control costs. You will ensure your team is well-trained, equipped, and motivated to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment.

About You

You have over 2 years of retail experience with proven leadership and coaching skills. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, analyzing financial data, and supporting operational excellence. You are eager to learn, willing to complete relevant qualifications such as Cert III Retail, and capable of providing constructive feedback. Your focus on safety and team wellbeing is paramount.
