Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent on an 8 / 6 roster, you will gain real-world engineering experience while contributing to the reliability and performance of our operations.This is your chance to work on-site with cutting-edge tools and techniques, including : Root Cause Analysis (RCA)Vibration analysisFailure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA)Downtime analysisPredictive Maintenance and Condition MonitoringKey ResponsibilitiesConduct failure mode and root cause analyses to improve equipment reliabilityPerform predictive and preventative maintenance using vibration analysis, thermography, noise monitoring, and wear debris analysisDevelop and refine maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructionsAssess new equipment installations, update asset registers, and optimise spare parts inventoryAnalyse plant downtime data and develop structured maintenance plansCollaborate with technicians, operations teams, and design engineers while staying current with industry best practicesAbout YouYou're a recent graduate in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
