Financial Reporting Manager - Fund Accounting

Equity Trustees Limited's Corporate Trustee Services is responsible for the preparation and lodgement of 400+ sets of financial statements at 30 June across their extensive client base.
The Financial Reporting Manager role is responsible for supporting the Head of Financial Reporting and accounting team in managing the statutory accounting reporting obligations and associated activities of the funds for which Equity Trustees act as Responsible Entity ("the Funds") and providing support to both Corporate Trustee Services and the Finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting, you will work alongside a team, in close collaboration with clients, administrators and auditors to review and manage a portfolio of annual financial statements, ranging in size and complexity.
About The Role
- Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process, including statutory financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with administrators, auditors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Contribute to technical accounting assessments and support the preparation of Audit Committee materials.
- Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Support continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and templates.
