Position Summary
The Business and Technology Group delivers the corporate functions which support the organisation by
providing Human Resources (HR), finance, ICT, and accommodation services.
The People and Facilities Unit (PFU) provides internal client service and support for recruitment, learning and
development, work health and safety, workplace relations, workforce reporting, staff performance, reception,
and facilities.
We are a small team with a fun and collaborative culture. We provide a supportive environment where

We are seeking an HR professional to lead a small team in delivering the required outcomes for our Work
Health & Safety and Workplace Diversity functions. These outcomes include upskilling the team, case
management, improving our processes, and leading relevant HR projects. While experience in WHS is
preferred, experience in other aspects of HR will also be highly valued.
Selection Criteria
1. Demonstrated experience in, and sound knowledge of, Work Health & Safety or Workplace Diversity
or the ability to quickly acquire the required knowledge), including the ability to understand and
interpret APS employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
2. The ability to incorporate knowledge and experience into the continuous improvement of agency

and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
4. Ability to foster productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
