Main Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) :
Being the face of the clinic and the first point of contact for patientsManaging a large volume of telephone enquiries and scheduling appointmentsReception & general administration duties including processing patients from appointment to the waiting roomCarry out housekeeping, stationary, and other consumable stocking requirements as neededEnsure waiting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all timesYou will have :
Ability to operate a busy phone systemExceptional and professional in-person and telephone manner appropriate for a diverse client populationDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment including one that involves supporting a range of roles within a teamAbility to work well under pressureDemonstration of excellent time management skills including being able to appropriately prioritise a range of tasksThe ability to speak English is essential.Work Remotely
