The role

Working with a high-performance team, this role is an excellent part-time opportunity for a driven and passionate marketing professional. With strong technical skills, you’ll thrive in a high-energy environment with a passion for property. Reporting to the Co-founders, this role is accountable for increasing brand awareness and the end-to-end management of marketing planning, including digital and social media management, lead generation and event management. This is an opportunity to drive the growth of a leading brand with bold ambitions.

Key responsibilities include :

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation within the property industry.
• Manage organic and paid social media channels, crafting compelling content and engaging posts that resonate with your target audience.
• Design, implement, and optimise email campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and increase conversions.
• Oversee and coordinate property-related events, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously suggesting innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals
