Role : Engagement Manager - Organisational Change Management

Experience : 10+ Years

Location : Perth

• 10+ years of senior corporate and consulting experience around large IT-enabled business transformations with exposure to various ERP systems.
• Experience in change management methodologies. This includes skills in planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully developing and delivering the following key aspects of Change Management :
• Enterprise-wide Change Strategy Development and Implementation
• Digital Transformation and IT-enabled Business Change
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Strategy
• Program Governance and Benefits Realization
• Organizational Design and Operating Model Implementation
• Training Strategy and Capability Development
• Impact Assessment and Change Planning
