Working as the Office Administrator you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the production, design and sales teams. You will possess excellent organisational skills as no two days will be the same! Some of your actual duties will include;
The Responsibilities
Managing all incoming calls
Assisting customers with orders and general enquiries
Providing administrative support to the design team and adjusting templates if required
Assisting in preparing and reviewing invoices
Liaising with suppliers
Assisting with print runs of orders
Assisting with social media and marketing
Other administrative tasks as required
The Requirements
Strong proven experience in a similar role
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
