    • The Opportunity
    • We currently have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our sales team in Osborne Park, Perth.

      The purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the State Sales Manager and Sales team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

    • Provide day-to-day administration support to State Manager and sales team which can include general admin tasks, travel arrangements, reconciling expense claims, etc.
    • Assist with the implementation and effective management of advertising / marketing campaigns and / or events.
    • Maintain an adequate stock level of marketing collateral and distribute as required.
    • Assist the Customer Service team with sales order overflow and SAP data entry, when required.
    • Assist with general sales enquiries.
    • Consolidate monthly sales reports.
    • The right person
    • Ideally the relevant competencies are :

    • Be highly organized and pro-active and can build and maintain relationships with a variety of people.
    • Have effective communication and exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • SAP experience is desirable but not essential.
    • Must have proven computer and Microsoft skills, with intermediate working knowledge of excel.
    • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role is required.
