Receptionist

Are you a motivated, proactive, and hardworking individual with strong reception experience? Randstad has an exciting opportunity for you to join an ASX-listed engineering company based in North Ryde. Initially, this role will start on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role : As the Receptionist, you'll be the professional first point of contact for the organisation. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the visitor experience and maintaining the presentation of the front of house.

The hours for this position are 7 : 30am - 3 : 30pm Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities : Handling reception duties, including answering phones and taking messages Ensuring the presentation and maintenance of the front of house, meeting rooms, and kitchen area Providing a professional welcome to all visitors Assisting with mailroom tasks Managing refreshments for guests Booking couriers Performing ad-hoc duties and supporting other team members as needed Skills and Experience : 1-2 years experience as a Receptionist Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite A well-presented, outgoing personality Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team What's in it for You : Convenient North Ryde location, close to train and metro stations Modern office environment Opportunities for career progression and development If this Receptionist role sounds like the one for you, please click APPLY NOW.
