Tasks & Responsibilities

General maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, general repairs and maintenance, painting, carpentry, minor electrical, basic plumbing, etc.
Ensuring the facility grounds and external areas are kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
Ensuring that all tasks detailed on the daily, weekly & monthly facility maintenance task lists are completed within set timeframes and all documentation is completed to ensure compliance.
Maintain all machinery, equipment, and furniture to ensure it’s at working standards.
Assist other tradespeople as required

Qualifications

Qualifications & experience

Proven experience as a Maintenance Handyman

A good understanding of WH&S and ability to maintain a safe working environment at all times

Highly organised with a proven capability to self-manage and prioritise

Ability to represent and build relationships with other divisions

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Requirements

You must have full work rights within Australia

A current clear Police Check
