Job descriptionResponsibilities include Coach and lead an established team of 10 in a boutique Proudly represent the brand to build long lasting client relationships Provide sophisticated, individualised stylistic guidance Diligently and accurately monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring the store is functioning at maximum operational efficiency What We're Looking For Established Assistant Store Manager with leadership experience in premium or luxury retail Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends where required Passionate about the luxury retail industry with a keen eye for fashion and styling, and immaculate personal presentation Articulate communication and strong proven customer relationship management skills What's in it for you?
