- The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate our internal business support services. This is a pivotal leadership role with a broad scope of responsibility, including financial oversight, HR, compliance, and operations management.
This position requires flexibility to work across multiple remote locations throughout Western Australia, where you will play a critical role in supporting site-based operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day corporate operations including finance, HR, and administration.
- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets, procurement processes, and corporate reporting.
- Lead internal process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary corporate services team.
- Engage with senior leadership and operational staff across regional sites.
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior corporate or operational management role.
- Sound financial acumen and governance expertise.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of HR, compliance, and cleaning operations.
- A current and valid driver's licence.
