Corporate Services Manager

• The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Services Manager to lead and coordinate our internal business support services. This is a pivotal leadership role with a broad scope of responsibility, including financial oversight, HR, compliance, and operations management.

This position requires flexibility to work across multiple remote locations throughout Western Australia, where you will play a critical role in supporting site-based operations.

• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day corporate operations including finance, HR, and administration.
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and service delivery.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, procurement processes, and corporate reporting.
• Lead internal process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary corporate services team.
• Engage with senior leadership and operational staff across regional sites.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior corporate or operational management role.
• Sound financial acumen and governance expertise.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of HR, compliance, and cleaning operations.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
