The RoleDue to significant growth, they are seeking a motivated, proactive, and experienced Operations Superintendent to join their team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for projects from initial engagement through to project completion.
The role will include :
Key roles and responsibilities include :
Scheduling of future works and resourcing of fleet, equipment, and crews,Preparation of pre-job documentation, liaising with appropriate internal and external stakeholders,Liaise with Site Supervisors continuously to ensure crews are appropriately resourced throughout project delivery,Work with field personnel and other stakeholders to resolve project challenges as they arise,Monitor and track project performance through to close out,Accountability to project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, deliverables,Ensure client expectations are met (or exceeded) and managed throughout all projects,Build and maintain strong working relationships with field crews, colleagues, and clients, andAbout YouExperience working for small to medium sized contracting companies,Experience with the WA mining sector as a contractor would be highly advantageous.Trade background Or Diploma or Post-graduate qualification (highly regarded),Fluency across MS Office suite and MS Project, with strong excel skills,BenefitsOur client will offer :
