Job descriptionTraining and developing 5 - 8 Store Managers and their teams through facilitating training sessions, regular store visits, check-ins, performance evaluations and reviews Monitoring store / team performance - customer service, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock management & staffing Ensuring effective succession planning through proactive recruitment, onboarding and training Monitoring store rosters and performance metrics to drive efficiencies and ensure continued growth Ensuring the following standards are in accordance with company expectations : training programmes, loss prevention protocols, safety measures, store cleanliness & maintenance reporting Coordinating the opening of new stores including staffing, stocking, and training Demonstrated experience as a senior team leader, Multi-Site, Cluster or Regional Manager Extensive experience in people management, visual merchandising, & inventory control Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Analytical and commercial acumen Their own reliable mode of transport and valid driver's license Strong brand alignment - www.ghanda.com
