THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a university student passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic ICT environment?

Join our ICT team for a 5-week paid placement where you'll play a key role in supporting our school's technology operations!

Key Responsibilities :

Provide Level 1 IT support to staff and students (basic troubleshooting, password resets, device setup)Assist with hardware and software installationsSupport the team in maintaining IT inventory and documentationHelp monitor and respond to helpdesk ticketsParticipate in daily ICT operations and team meetingsIdeal Candidate :

Currently enrolled in an ICT, Computer Science, or related university programStrong communication and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of Windows, Office 365, and common IT toolsEagerness to learn and contribute in a team environmentWhat You'll Gain :
