Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Centre Manager at Reggio Emilia Early Learning Centre in Parramatta, NSW. The Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, inspire educators, develop and implement educational programs, and ensure the well-being and growth of the children in our care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education and management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of the 'Reggio Emilia' educational approach
• Ability to develop and implement educational programs
• Organisational and time management skills
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment
