Our Program

Our comprehensive two-year program provides a structured and supportive transition from graduate to confident practitioner :

Year 1 : Explore Your Potential : Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity and critical care. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.

Year 2 : Focus Your Expertise : Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Eligibility

Be eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled / Registered Nurse or Midwife by October 2026.

Hold valid Australian work rights.
