About the Role :

Join Flint’s high-performing residential team as a driven Mortgage Broker focused on sales and client relationships. Provide strategic mortgage advice to premium clients

Leverage Flint’s brand, systems and support to maximise results

Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships

Collaborate with marketing, credit and operations teams to deliver seamless outcomes

What We Offer :

Base salary $80–90k + uncapped commissions (OTE $130k+)

What You Bring :

Must have 2 years’ experience at a mortgage broking business or mortgage sales role at a bank

Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking

Proven experience writing residential loans

Excellent people and sales skills

Ambitious attitude with the goal to grow both your client base and income

Passionate about delivering tailored lending solutions with care
