The key responsibilities of the APS 5 Business Support Officer include :
Providing high-quality administrative and business support to the TGA Contact Centre team and TGA Business Services teamBuilding and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersOverseeing and escalating service requests relating to IT systems used in TCC and TBSManage and maintain databases of standard words, key contacts, and other vital informationPreparing weekly, monthly and annual statistical reports, including data extract and managementAssisting in the development and implementation of business processes improvement projectsContribute to continuous improvement and a positive team cultureContribute to team goals and broader organisational objectives by undertaking other tasks as required.
