Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Home Care Assistance is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide one-on-one care for individuals living with disabilities or age-related challenges in their own homes.

About the Role :

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with :

Daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene

Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Shopping and transportation
Social companionship and support

Key Requirements :

Provisional or full driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance

Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Immediate availability preferred
