And with passion on tap, our team adds to every pub's story.A day in the life of a Venue Support Officer : Completion of all financial reconciliations as required including maintaining point of sale registersMaintaining all data integrity in all ALH systems in a timely manner as well as all employee records and training records.Manage stock control and stocktakes within the Venue as well as Identify and highlight cash and stock variancesEnsure all VISA obligations are met and managed for team members in the ALH systems.Reviewing all venue generated reports and providing feedback to key team membersAssist Management Team in achieving expected audit results as well as Compliance and Loss PreventionWhat do we need from youAbout YouYou provide outstanding customer service with enquiries via phone, email and face to face.You understand the importance of privacy & confidentiality with sensitive informationYou maintain the administration area in a well organised and professional manner at all timesYou support the Venue team with service on the floor during peak times of tradeYou attend and contribute your insights in team meetingsWhat's in it for you?We are together creatorsWe're big, but part of something much bigger.
