How you will be supported :
The company offers the largest clinical education / mentoring program in NSW!
For all staff, there is a structured induction program so you feel fully settled in your new role. Supervision is weekly or fortnightly depending on your experience. The company holds in-services throughout the calendar year and has famous external speakers discussing different topics.
If you are a New Graduate interested in this role, the company has a structured New Graduate program that is industry-leading!
What you will be doing :
- School-based work with WFH options
- Services include : speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, social skills and learning and literacy issues
- You will be based in the school for the whole day therefore reducing travel and building long-lasting relationships
- School-based therapy can include group sessions, 1 : 1 therapy, teacher education plus much more!
- Opportunities to engage in school holiday programs and telehealth
