As a Snack Bar Attendant at Cotta you will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer service to guests through providing outstanding menu knowledge and a quality food and beverage service. You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained. Essential Criteria : To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following Previous Barista Experience Required Available from 6am - 3am, Shifts will be Rotating between these Times Full Time and Casual Roles Available Experience Cash Handling, POS Systems and Taking Payments Excellent Communication Skills Previous Experience Serving Hot and / or Cold Food Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment Customer Service Experience Good Time Management Skills What we offer you This is a Full Time position with opportunities for future development.
