About the Opportunities :

We're currently taking expressions of interest from experienced customer service professionals for upcoming temporary, casual, and temp-to-perm roles throughout the Perth metro area . Opportunities may include inbound call centre support, order processing, B2B service desks, and internal customer care roles.

Typical duties may include :

• Handling inbound calls and enquiries
• Logging customer requests and updating internal systems
• Processing orders, payments, or service bookings
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve issues
• Providing product, delivery, or account support
• Following scripts or KPIs in high-volume environments

About You :

We'd love to hear from confident, people-focused professionals who are :

• Experienced in customer service, contact centre, or sales support roles
• Strong communicators - both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-driven environments
• Skilled with CRMs or systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, SAP, or similar
• Reliable, solution-focused, and available at short notice
