Tasks and Responsibilities :
1. Undertake general administrative duties, including but not limited to answering telephones, processing enrolment forms, filing, checking mails and maintaining records
2. Parent fees and paperwork, issue invoices and statements, and ensure accurate records are maintained at all times
3. Manage and maintain all aspects of the Child Care Subsidy System (CCSS)
4. Prepare and complete regular newsletters for the Centre
5. Assist the Director with weekly reports, Child Care Subsidy, attendances, vacancies andpayroll / staff wages
6. Account payable and receivable, monthly reconciliation and prepare monthly finance reports in Xero
7. Perform secretariat duties on behalf of the Centre's Director and the Board of Management Committee
8. Contributing to children's daily programs, menu plannings and place orders
9. Undertake other duties as directed by the Centre's Director
2- Cook
Employment Type : Full Time
Salary : 65,000 to $75,000
Tasks and Responsibilities :
1. Plan nutritious and appealing menus for children aged O - 5 years, within budget allocations
2. Display weekly menu in Centre's foyer
3. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, and present food in an appealing manner, taking into account any special dietary needs
4. Undertake cleaning duties in kitchen ensuring strict hygiene standards are maintained.
5. Purchase food and other kitchen consumables and manage stock to ensure minimum wastage
6. Ensure that relevant records are accurately maintained in a timely manner, including daily records of fridge temperatures
7. Undertake other duties as directed by the Centre's Director
3- Early Childhood Educator / Early Childhood Assistant

Salary : 65,000 to $75,000
Tasks and Responsibilities :
1. Assist Team Leader with the preparation, implementation and evaluation ofdevelopmentally appropriate programs for individual children and groups, including childrenwith special needs.
2. Ensure all day-to-day activities are consistent with the requirements of the National QualityStandard and the Early Years Learning Framework
3. Record observations of individual children or groups for program planning purposes
4. Under direction, work with individual children with special needs
5. Monitor and assist with daily routines including children's' arrivals, departures, eating,sleeping, cleaning up and meals
6. Monitor children's wellbeing and safety throughout the day, and perform First Aid asrequired
7. Undertake other duties as directed by the appropriate team leader and other senior staff
4- Early Childhood Educator / TEAM LEADER
Employment Type : Full Time
Salary : 65,000 to $75,000
Tasks and Responsibilities :
1. Provide leadership, supervision, support and guidance for team members and students
2. Ensure all day-to-day activities are consistent with the requirements of the National QualityStandard and the Early Years Learning Framework
3. Develop, plan, implement and evaluate programs based upon written records, and theobservations of individual children
4. Assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of children's daily routinesincluding arrivals, departures, eating, sleeping, cleaning up and meals.
5. Attend staff meetings, professional development and parent meetings, as required.
6. Inform parents / guardians about the development progress of their children as appropriate
7. Monitor children's wellbeing and safety throughout the day, and perform First Aid asrequired
8. Coordinate and direct junior workers engaged in the implementation of programs andactivities in a group setting, and provide mentoring and coaching to assist others with their studies
9. Other duties as directed by the Assistant Director or Director
