Warehouse Administrator Day Shift

• ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Load Out team at our

• Kilcoy
• facility. Role includes but is not limited to :
• Preparing and compiling dispatch documentation
• Timely completion of Meat Transfer Certificates (MTC's) & Seal books (Australian Government Issued)
• Maintain and enter daily manning requirements, attendance and payroll assistance
• Efficient and accurate data entry into Microsoft AX
• Work with the Supervisors to ensure all compliance requirements are completed on time.
• Ensure an efficient and professional flow of information to all internal and external stakeholders
• ROSTERS AVAILABLE

Day Shift - 4am to 4pm | 7 Day (Gold) Roster - 4 on 4 off, then 3 on 3 off.

• Experience in Warehouse / Logistics environment (highly regarded)
• Strong communicator, and a team player
• Intermediate computer skills in data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with Microsoft AX (highly desirable)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Unlimited working rights within Australia

• Own transport or reliable means of getting to work
