  • About this Role

    • We are currently looking for motivated and experienced waitstaff to join our team. As a front-of-house, you will be working in cocktail parties, sit-down dinner, boardroom meetings, festivals and more.

  • In this role, you will be
  • Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring the correct items are served, and providing an attentive and professional service
  • Preparing the areas before service, including setting tables with cutlery, glassware, and condiments. After service, clearing tables promptly
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the area, including table surfaces, chairs, and floors, to create a pleasant and sanitary environment for guests
  • Ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and courteously, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Collaborating with other food and beverage attendants and management to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Supporting special events, banquets, or functions by providing food and beverage service as required
  • Complying with food safety standards, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and any other health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment
  • To be successful in this role, you will require
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) competency card.
  • Previous Waitstaff experience in venues and private homes is an advantage.
  • Great Attitude & Punctuality are a must
  • Ability to carry 3 plates and clear 5
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own offering 5-star service standards
  • Grooming - From head to toes, immaculate and smart presentation
