Allied Health Professionals

We are currently looking for experienced community Allied Health professionals to join our expanding Allied Health team.

• About you : _

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria :

Tertiary qualifications in your relevant discipline

Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Previous experience working in your field in a community setting

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

High level computer skills

Ability to work autonomously as well as work well within a multi-disciplinary team

Highly organised, strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Valid Australian C class drivers licence

Key responsibilities

Community based role with a strong focus on enhancing the independence of our clients

Plan and carry out required services to clients following guidelines for assessment and treatment required

Maintain a close liaison with other community resources to ensure the ongoing care

Liaise with families / care providers by providing ongoing support, counselling and education

The ability to work independently

Plan and carry out relevant training to support staff including AHA, Care Aids

Prepare reports and documentation as required

39.84 - $63.41 per hour
