Weprovide vital workplace support for people working in some of the mostisolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold minesin the Australian Outback.

The Position - Site Administrator We are currently seeking experienced Site Administrators, to deliver exceptional quality and service to our team at McArthur River on a 14 / 7 roster 11 hours a day.

As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for front desk attendance, management of accommodation systems, travellogistics and all aspects of general office administration. You will be the first point of contact with our residents, therefore it is imperative that your customer service skills are impeccable.

The position will alsoinclude an element of retail; service, ordering, cashier and stocktake. You will also be expected to provide hands on assistance in other areas of the camp as required such as the kitchen.

These positions are FIFO from Darwin. Locals are encouraged to apply.

The Person Certificate III or higher in Business AdministrationStrong Admin required - remote experience advantageousIntermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office SuiteHigh standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detailA team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relateto a diverse range of people, fromfront line staff to senior managementExcellent organisational and time management skillsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both our internal and external stakeholdersEssential : Must have valid Drivers LicenceThe Benefits This is a full time position, FIFO from Darwin.Access to a wide variety of training and development, with career progression.
